Your Success is our Goal! We are trying to do exactly what Aaron and Hur did for Moses in Exodus 17:11-13. Our central focus is on leadership. As the leadership expert Dr. John C. Maxwell said, “everything rises and falls on leadership.”

The Spirit of Teamwork

CCM believes everyone needs help at some point to get the job done. God called Moses to lead His people out of slavery into the promised land, but Moses did not do the job alone.

“As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning. When Moses’ hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up—one on one side, one on the other—so that his hands remained steady till sunset. So Joshua overcame the Amalekite army with the sword.” Exodus17:11-13

Whatever you do to serve God, CCM extends the hands of help and partnership to make a difference, labour with you for Christ, and add value to your ministry. It's our burning desire and burden to do the will of the Lord.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” Colossians 3:23-24

About Us

CCM is a missionary organization on the mission to serve the whole body of Christ as a helper and bridge with the spirit of unity and harmony to achieve the shared values and common purpose. We are based in Finland and registered in Helsinki as ry. Our business ID is 3083600-1.

Extending the hands of help, raising awareness, providing leadership, capacity building, adding value, inspiring & empowering, exploring opportunities, closing the gaps, and building a bridge of cross cooperation.

“Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” John 20:21

We use the Bible as the foundation, the supreme rule, and the guiding principle of our ministries.

CCM follows the Servant Leadership and Transformational Leadership Styles.

With the help of God and others, we will help those who are in need in the following right order.

  1. We will help or try to meet their needs with all we can. If we can’t,
  2. Then, we will tell or show them who can help or meet their needs. Still, if we can’t,
  3. Then, we will search with them for them to find who can help or meet their needs.

NB: We do not collect or receive money or materials from helpers or donors on behalf of the recipients and pass it on to the third party. Instead, we facilitate for both parties (supporters and recipients) to meet directly by any means possible.

Building a bridge of cross cooperation is our mission to make a difference. We are here as your true partner to serve the Lord with you. We seek your partnership to take only what you have in your hand by faith to do the will of God. For centuries, God used many people to do miracles with just what they had in their hands.

  • Moses had a shepherd’s rod in his hand when he led the people of God out of Egypt.
  • David had a slingshot and stones in his hand when he defeated Goliath.
  • Samson had a donkey’s jawbone in his hand when he killed a thousand Philistines.
  • Jesus used what was in the hand of a young boy, just five loaves and two fish, to feed thousands of hungry people, etc.

“Therefore, whatever you want people to do for you, do the same for them, because this summarizes the Law and the Prophets.” Matthew 7:12

“Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.” Galatians 6:10

“Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Matthew 9:37-38
