The Cross Cooperation Ministry ry is 100% the fruit of the Finnish missionary work around the world. We are based in Finland and registered in Helsinki as ry. We use the Bible as the foundation, the supreme rule, and the guiding principle of our ministries. We follow servant leadership and transformational leadership styles. Our central focus is on leadership assistants, as “everything rises and falls on leadership.” Dr. John C. Maxwell.
Whatever you do for the Lord and to serve His people, it's our burning desire to help you and labour with you for the Master. We are ready to go the extra mile to make a difference and achieve the shared values and common goals. Your success is our gaol!

Ministry
For a century, the Finnish missionaries took the gospel around
the world, reached the unreached people, planted many churches
in many nations and helped millions of lives to be saved and
transformed. We believe
now it's the time to give back a bit!
We are here as helper missionaries in Finland and beyond to work closely with individual Christians, church leaders, pastors, gospel preachers, missionaries, church planters, Bible teachers, team leaders, event organizers, etc.
We are available to assist with the following ministries:
Evangelism, church planting and discipleship.
Developing vision, planning and implementing.
Providing training, equipping and meeting needs.
Church renewal, revival and transformation.
Inspiring, empowering and encouraging.
Organizing different events and mobilizing people.
Mediating, peace-making and conflict resolution.
Advising, coaching, mentoring and adding values.
Christian integration, cooperation and networking.
International and immigrants work, home and abroad.
Exploring, unlocking and using the full potential, etc.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” Colossians 3:23-24
Partnership
We believe everyone needs help at some point to get the job done. God called Moses to lead His people out of slavery into the promised land, but Moses did not do the job alone. We need to work together more than ever before with the spirit of unity and harmony. Whether you are an individual Christian or a group or a church or a ministry, you are warmly welcome. The harvest is plentiful, and we need each other to accomplish the great commission.
“Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Matthew 9:37-38
